Refund Policy

It is possible to make a return for withdrawal within 14 days of delivery of the package. We will contact you as soon as we receive the goods and we will immediately refund (or, if specified, issue a coupon for a new purchase).

In December, the possibility of return for withdrawal extends to 30 days from the date of delivery of the package.

If the item is damaged or defective: write an email to ecommercemanageritalia@gmail.com, indicating the order number and the product in question. Briefly describe the problem and attach a photo or video showing the defect. NB: all our toys have a 2 year warranty.


If you have changed your mind, make a request for withdrawal: write an email to ecommercemanageritalia@gmail.com, indicate the order number and attach the photo of the items you want to return. We will answer you, explaining how to proceed.

NB: since these are extremely intimate products, the withdrawal is accepted only in the case of products still sealed in their packaging.

For product assistance you have ours at your disposal Customer care. We ask you to follow the following procedures for reporting:

• Contact us by writing to
ecommercemanageritalia@gmail.com.

• Send us a photo or video of the object and any non-compliant detail.

• Indicate the order number, the product name and describe the malfunction in detail.

You will be contacted within 48 hours and a collection of the item will be scheduled with our courier.

Upon receipt of the goods, the quality control will be carried out and we will send you a new product or a product of your choice of the maximum value of the returned one. Alternatively you can choose a coupon or refund.
